Returns Policy

All Pre-Launch Program orders are final sale. Because your purchase directly funds the production of your pieces we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. These terms and conditions are temporary. 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we will make it right. Email us at easeathleticshelp@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Your experience as a founding member matters deeply to us. If something does not fit as expected please fill out our feedback form when it arrives. Your honest feedback is what makes Ease better before our full public launch.
